About me

Undergraduate in Human Resources from Universidade Ibirapuera de São Paulo (2009), I worked as a Human Resources Analyst for a few years until I decided to fulfil my dream of traveling to other countries and learning new languages. In 2012, I moved to Australia to improve my English skills and worked for six more years in Business Administration, in 2018 back in Brazil I chose to dedicate myself to my true calling full time.

Post-graduate in English Translation at Universidade Estácio de Sá (2020) and, today, I work as a freelance translator in the medical field. To narrow down this vast area, I focused my skills on orthopedics and traumatology, translating scientific articles in this field from English into Portuguese and vice versa.
I always participate in short courses in the medical area, congresses, and workshops for my continuous improvement. Currently,  Currently, I am a Research Assistant at the Grupo da Mão d, Instituto de Ortopedia e Traumatologia - HC-FMUSP and at the Instituto Vita, and the translator for the scientific Journal of the Foot & Ankle.
